If I had to recommend a single book for beginning a pagan practice regardless of the pantheon or Gods you’re drawn to, it would have to be this one. Mr. Beckett does a fantastic job of giving a basic overview of how to DO Paganism without focusing exclusively on the Gods he himself serves.
There are many other books that are great introductions to specific deities or certain practices, but this one is the best overall “Paganism 101” guide I’ve encountered.
From the description on Amazon:

The Path of Paganism provides practical advice and support for honoring your values and living an authentic Pagan life in mainstream Western culture.
